A family friendly country pub situated in the historic 18th Century inland port of Shardlow, just 6 miles south-east of Derby.

We are located a short distance from junction 24a of the M1/A50, East Midlands Airport and Donnington Park Race Circuit. We offer a fine selection of real ales, quality lagers, ciders, wines, spirits and a great selection of soft drinks.

Relax and enjoy the surroundings in the vibrant main bar or soak up the atmosphere in the lounge with its roaring open fire. There is a large free car park directly outside and a huge enclosed child and dog friendly garden at the rear, in addition to a covered outside seating area for those balmy summer evenings!
